High intensity classes

If you're in need of a high intensity workout, look no further! We've got Tabata, circuits and boxing classes to help you stay fit, healthy and on track!

All classes are under 30 minutes, designed for small spaces (hello lounge room gym) and are completely body weight - no equipment needed! And we’ll keep adding more, so check back soon!

  • Sir-box-a-lot with Bill

    Dial 1-900-BOXALOT and don those silky shorts, baby got jabs! Yep Bill’s here with some boxing cheer, so throw those fists up, assume the position and get ready to cross, duck and hot step your way around the lounge room like one of the greats. You’ll be in need of a tall drink (of water!) after this one.

    “That’s hot” – Paris Hilton 2005. And hey, we’re not gonna argue with her, this class IS hot. Hot like Barcelona in August, hot like a Carolina reaper, hot like YOU in your togs this summer. It’s just all kinds of HAWT. So grab your mat, your drink bottle and your “can do” attitude – cos Sharon’s gonna make you work.

    LL Cool J’s mamma knew what was up in 1991! So in true cool J fashion, we’re gonna kick (punch) this week to the curb and finish on a high with one of Bill’s brilliant boxing classes. With jabs. Stabs and a bit of cardio, this class is a great full body workout.

    Sharon is strong. We know this. And in this high intensity class she’ll take you through your paces and show you how you can be magnificent and strong too. There are 9 exercises with 45 seconds of work and 15 seconds of rest. You can make this class spicier or cooler, with alterations for all.

This class is bang for your moderate intensity buck, with a full body focus – yep we’re talking the whole shebang with everything from squats to skaters, planks to mountain climbers. Go you good thang.
