Warm up
- 30 sec easy walk
- 30 sec cross punch
- 30 sec squat and punch
- 30 sec jog.
Workout
You'll complete 6 exercise for 30 sec and rest for 30 seconds in between and repeat 2 more times.
- Sit through
- Reverse lunge with knee drive (right)
- Reverse lunge with knee drive (left)
- Plank up and down with mountain climbers
- Jumping jack and narrow jump
- Mat jump
