HIIT me up with Sharon

Workout duration: 27 minutes

Sharon is back with another brilliant HIIT workout to get you moving on this chilly winter day. Like pumpkin soup in workout form, this class is so warming and smile inducing. You’ll be ending the day on a big old high!

Do I need equipment?

No equipment is needed, just a mat if you want one. 

What is the workout?

Warm up

  • 30 sec hand walk out
  • 30 sec bending twist
  • 30 sec sumo squat
  • 30 sec stretch with reverse lunge

Workout

You'll complete each exercise for 30 seconds then rest for 30 seconds then move onto the next exercise. Once you've completed a full round you'll repeat the circuit 3 more times. 

  • Side to side squat
  • 1 plank jack and 4 mountain climbers
  • Squat and chop
  • Knee high jog or march
  • Prisoner get up

Cool down

Full body stretch
