Kim will get you sweating and stepping and squatting your way through your session, by the end of this class you’ll be feeling as light as a feather and as warm as the midday sun.
Do I need equipment?
No equipment is needed but if you have some dumbbells (water bottles or cans of food as a replacement) bring them along and a mat if you need one.
What is the workout?
This high intensity workout is a Tabata style class so you'll get plenty of rest!
You'll complete 7 exercises for 20 seconds then rest for 10 seconds before moving onto the next exercise. Rest for 40 seconds between sets and complete 4 rounds.
