Say g'day to Bill! He's one of our amazing gym instructors and he's been a fitness fanatic all his life; doing Taekwondo, playing footy, smashing 9 pier to pubs and recently turning his hand (or fist) to boxing! Here he is with a "punchy" little exercise you can do literally anywhere, enjoy!
- Stretch first
- skip or jog on the spot for 5 mins
- shadow boxing for 2 mins
- 10 sprawls / 10 punches
- 10 squat jumps / 10 lunge jumps
- 10 push ups with 3 second hold
- 20 bicycle crunches
- 20 flutter kicks
- 10 in and outs
- V sits with rotation
- 10 Supermans
Repeat as many times as possible (aim for at least 4)!
