Stop HIIT I like HIIT with Sharon

Sharon is strong. We know this. And in this high intensity class she’ll take you through your paces and show you how you can be magnificent and strong too. There are 9 exercises with 45 seconds of work and 15 seconds of rest. You can make this class spicier or cooler, with alterations for all. Have fun! 

Do I need equipment?

No equipment is needed, just a mat if you want one. 

What is the workout?

Warm up

30 sec leg curls, 30 sec knee repeater (right and left), 30 sec punch and kick, 30 sec jog.


9 exercises, 45 sec work and 15 sec rest x 2 rounds. Single leg hop (right and left), Plank with toe taps, 10 high knees and 4 jump lunges, Twist and reach forward, 123 knees up, Plank with punches, Lat pull over hip flexion, Squat to star jack, Quick feet and touch down.
