What is the workout?
30 sec leg curls, 30 sec knee repeater (right and left), 30 sec punch and kick, 30 sec jog.
9 exercises, 45 sec work and 15 sec rest x 2 rounds. Single leg hop (right and left), Plank with toe taps, 10 high knees and 4 jump lunges, Twist and reach forward, 123 knees up, Plank with punches, Lat pull over hip flexion, Squat to star jack, Quick feet and touch down.
