Some like HIIT hot with Mel


Workout duration: 25 minutes

Move over Marilyn, cos Mel is here and she likes it hot too! HIIT HOT! This workout is strong, powerful and something a little different.  

You'll be working your whole body, from head to toe.

Do I need any equipment? 

Bring a chair, mat and water.  

What is the workout?

Complete each exercise for 45 seconds then rest for 15 seconds and move onto the next exercise. Once you're done repeat again to complete 2 reps! 

  • Frog leap
  • Burpee
  • Inch worm
  • Squat
  • Calf raise
  • One legged glute bridge (left leg)
  • One legged glute bridge (right leg)
  • Push up with shoulder tap
  • Step ups
  • Ankle tap with high plank
  • Tricep dips
  • Reverse lunges with high knee (left leg)
  • Reverse lunges with high knee (right leg)
