What is the workout?
Complete each exercise for 45 seconds then rest for 15 seconds and move onto the next exercise. Once you're done repeat again to complete 2 reps!
- Frog leap
- Inch worm
- Calf raise
- One legged glute bridge (left leg)
- One legged glute bridge (right leg)
- Push up with shoulder tap
- Step ups
- Ankle tap with high plank
- Tricep dips
- Reverse lunges with high knee (left leg)
- Reverse lunges with high knee (right leg)
