Get fit with Joe and Lauren's HIIT class

Workout duration: 30 minutes (including cool down)

Ready for a killer workout? You better be! Joe and Lauren will take you through your paces with this HIIT Tabata workout.  

You'll superset 2 exercises per set. Complete 4 rounds of each exercise for 20 seconds each and have a 10 second break after each exercise. You can take longer if you need it.

Superset 1

  • Squat and press
  • Sit ups

Superset 2

  • Walking lunges
  • Medicine ball twists

Superset 3

  • Box jumps
  • Push ups

Superset 4

  • Burpees
  • Glute bridges
