LL Cool J’s mamma knew what was up in 1991! So in true cool J fashion, we’re gonna kick (punch) this week to the curb and finish on a high with one of Bill’s brilliant boxing classes. With jabs. Stabs and a bit of cardio, this class is a great full body workout.
