Our trainers provide a program tailored to your needs. Personal training is great for people who are:

What is a personal training session like?
Sessions can go for 30 minutes or 1 hour. You can come alone or with a friend.
Our personal trainers design your sessions to meet your goals. Most sessions use a mix of equipment, weights and exercises for a balanced workout.
As of Monday 8 July 2019, Evolt360 body scans will be included in your personal training program. The Evolt360 is an intelligent body scanner that provides a fast, non-invasive method of screening your body. In only 60 seconds, you will be provided with an extensive amount of useful information about your body to help you on your fitness journey. Speak to your trainer to organise your scan.
