Is a personal trainer for me?

Our trainers provide a program tailored to your needs. Personal training is great for people who are:

  • just getting started
  • ready to make a change
  • not getting results
  • needing motivation or routine
  • recovering from injury

What is a personal training session like?

Sessions can go for 30 minutes or 1 hour. You can come alone or with a friend.

Our personal trainers design your sessions to meet your goals. Most sessions use a mix of equipment, weights and exercises for a balanced workout.

30 minute sessions

Single session

  • Members: $48.50
  • Non-members: $57.60

10 pack

  • Members: $453.20

1 hour sessions

  • Single session Members: $74.60
  • Non-members: $93.30

Which personal trainer should I choose?

Adam Cooper

Adam has a Bachelor of Sport and Recreation and has held many roles in both Australia and New Zealand. Adam is trained in boxing, nutrition and pre and post natal exercise. His key goal is making everyone's lifestyle more active.

Adam Horton

Adam believes the body is made for movement. As a former dance teacher, Adam has a creative approach to health and exercise.

Bo Li

Bo focuses on feeling stronger and more confident in the gym and life. Bo specialises in training, nutrition and supplement programs. He even offers phone calls, messages and weekly updates to keep you on track!

Lauren Rovis

Lauren has been a keen sportswoman her whole life. Lauren believes there is no one style of training and strives to create personal programs for each of her clients. With a Masters of Health Promotion, Lauren believes in a holistic approach to personal training.

Silvia Garrett

Silvia has a Bachelor of Sport and Recreation. She is a 2nd Dan black belt in Taekwondo. Silvia is passionate about working with clients to achieve goals.
