Two women on the green laughing together

Re-design update 20 May 2024

With the Risk Mitigation works nearing completion, there will be a staged re-opening of Burnley Golf Course from Saturday 15 June.

The current re-opening stage is seven holes while we allow the new turf on holes 1 and 7 to continue to grow in. Although a day on the green is not entirely back to normal, allowing you to get back on the course as soon as possible is important to us.

During our staged re-opening, there will be ongoing monitoring of the conditions of the course.

Please note:

  • To protect the new turf, golf carts will not be available until further notice.
  • Lessons and competitions will also resume when all nine holes re-open.
  • New parking restrictions are in place at the Burnley Golf Course car park. Car parking will be available at $1 per hour via the PayStay app or via the tablet in the pro shop.

We hope to make this transition as smooth as possible, and we appreciate your patience during this time. We look forward to seeing you back to Burnley Golf Course!

What’s happening with my membership?

Memberships to Burnley Golf Course will continue to be paused until all nine holes are fully operational. Course and pro-shop opening hours will be from 8.30am to 5pm and tee times will be modified to reduce foot traffic around the course.

In the interim, a reduced casual fee will be introduced until the full nine holes are available. Bookings are required online and will be available from Wednesday 5 June 2024.

The following fees will apply:

Monday to Friday: 7 holes $13.50 full fee, $8.10 concession

Saturday and Sunday: 7 holes $15.15 full fee, $9.10 concession
