What is the workout?
Warm up
- 30 sec knee repeater (right and left)
- 30 sec side hop
- 30 sec leg curl cross and reach
- 30 sec ankle touch.
Workout
40 sec work and 20 sec rest x 3 rounds of 6 exercises
- Alternate kneeling knee drive
- Floor tricep dip
- Pulse lunge (right)
- Pulse lunge (left)
- Inch walk jump in jump out
- 4 x high knees and 1 jumping jack.
Cool down
Stretch.
