HIIT workout with Lauren

Workout duration: 35 minutes 

Get your sweat on with this insanely good workout led by our Gym Instructor Lauren!

You'll work for 20 seconds and get a 10 second break in between exercises:

  • Burpees with pushup
  • Scissor lunges
  • Lateral jumps
  • Butterfly crunch
  • Frog jump with burpee
  • High knees
  • Mountain climbers
  • Tuck jump
  • Pulse squat
  • Burpees

Repeat 6 rounds, you've got this!
