Empower

A man on an exercise bike

Our Empower program supports people with chronic conditions who require minimal support. It’s an inclusive, fun and supportive space to meet other people and stay fit.

This fun and inclusive program is designed to help you maintain an exercise routine and for the most part you’ll train independently, but a Gym Instructor will be there to support and guide you.

Sessions focus on building muscle strength, flexibility and balance.

What happens in a session?

Classes are small so that we can ensure you get as much support as you need from our gym instructors.

You’ll be given the space you need to work through your tailored program at your own pace but we’ll always be there to help you. These classes have a fun, friendly and supportive vibe and many of our Empower members make lifelong friends!

How do I join?

Before you join, you’ll need to have an initial assessment, where our one of our instructors will design you a tailored program to meet your goals.

You can book an assessment with our Gym Instructors online or by visiting us at reception.

You don't need a doctor's referral; however, we do recommend you complete our client referral form if you have any health concerns. Please bring the completed referral form with you to your initial assessment or if there has been a change in your health circumstances.
