Do I need equipment?
No equipment is needed, just a mat if you want one.
What is the workout?
30 seconds each:
- Side lunge with ankle touch (right)
- Side lunge with ankle touch (left)
- Squat and step
- Butt kick.
You'll complete each exercise for 50 seconds then rest for 10 seconds and complete 3 rounds. Sharon will give you a water break after each round.
- Scissor jacks
- Forward lunges with front leg lifts (right)
- Forward lunges with front leg lifts (left)
- Squat hops forward and back
- Front kicks and twists
- Jumping jacks to plank jacks
