The Our Classes section is full of online workouts from our very own instructors. All classes are under 30 mins, designed for small spaces (hello lounge room gym) and require little to no equipment. If you're wanting to take your workout to the next level and have equipment handy - then great! They’re also super diverse, from Yoga to HIIT there is something for everybody.
