Strength and sculpt classes

If you're in need of a workout to help you strength and sculpt your body, look no further! We've got a range of classes including core, booty workouts, upper body and more from your favourite instructors to help you stay fit, healthy and on track!

All classes are under 30 minutes, designed for small spaces (hello lounge room gym) and are completely body weight - no equipment needed! And we’ll keep adding more, so check back soon!

    This class has it all, with some super fiery core work as well as broad, powerful movements that encourage you to stretch and lengthen. You’ll feel as though every inch of your body has had a proper workout after this one.
