Small Group Training classes are small circuit style sessions run in the gym. They go for 30 minutes and are exclusive to members with gym access.
A gym instructor leads you through exercises using different gym equipment and spaces.
You will get a lot of support from the gym instructor as class sizes are limited to 6 to 8 people depending on the class type.
You'll get a short and intense workout that is perfect when you haven't got much time or are getting familiar with the gym space.
