If you have 1kg or 2kg dumbbells bring them along. If not - no problem amigo. 

What is the workout?

Join our boxing master Bill in this powerful boxing inspired class. With a warm-up that includes skipping, star jumps, shuffles and windmills – your heart will be beating faster than a Bugatti, whew. Then you can keep that tempo popping with some strong boxing moves.
