What is the workout?

Warm up

  • 30 sec jumping jack
  • 30 sec knee high jog
  • 30 sec skater
  • 30 sec quick feet


You'll complete each exercise for 45 sec and rest for 15 sec, and repeat 3 times. Rest for 45 seconds after each round. 

  • Hand release push up
  • Reverse lunge and kick (right)
  • Reverse lunge and kick (left)
  • Squat with knee lift
  • 1 burpee with 10 high knees
  • Toe tap
  • Squat jump
