Bright and breezy Sharon leads us through a fantastic HIIT class with 7 unique exercises. Sharon is great at making sure her classes are accessible for all and this one is no different, being easy to modify for any level. Once you’re done, you’ll feel like a cherry blossom.
Do I need equipment?
No equipment is needed, just a mat if you want one.
What is the workout?
Warm up
30 sec each
- Arm circles
- Kick and punch
- Side step with arm raise
- Leg curls with arm pull
Workout
40 sec work with 20 sec rest and complete 3 rounds
- 10 high knee jog or march and 2 push ups
- Jumping jacks
- 4 reverse lunges and 2 burpees
- 1 squat with elbow to knee crunch
- 6 running climbers (fast) and 4 mountain climbers (slow)
- Elbow plank leg lifts
- Run and touch down
