Pyro Plyo with Adam


Workout duration: 28 minutes

Light a fire in your whole body and power through this plyometric class like the boss you are! With super strong moves and push ups masquerading as breaks, you’ll be feeling it all over. 

Do I need equipment? 

No equipment is needed. 

What is the workout?

Rounds consist of 2 exercises with 50 seconds of work, followed by 20 seconds of rest then 10 push ups.
