Workout duration: 24 minutes

“That’s hot” – Paris Hilton 2005. And hey, we’re not gonna argue with her, this class IS hot. Hot like Barcelona in August, hot like a Carolina reaper, hot like YOU in your togs this summer. It’s just all kinds of HAWT. So grab your mat, your drink bottle and your “can do” attitude – cos Sharon’s gonna make you work. 

Do I need equipment? 

No equipment is needed, just a mat if you want one. 

What is the workout? 

Warm up

30 sec each:

  • Clap under knee
  • Side step with arm pull
  • Kick and punch
  • Jog with arm raise.

Workout part 1

20 sec work with 10 sec rest and complete 4 rounds of 4 exercises.

  • Switch squats
  • Mountain climbers
  • Side hops with jumps
  • High knees.

Workout part 2

20 sec work with 10 sec rest and complete 4 rounds of 4 exercises

  • Skaters
  • Elbow plank jacks
  • Prisoner squats with jumps
  • Jumping jacks.
