Do I need equipment?

No equipment is required, but grab a mat if you have one and a bench or table for dips.  

What is the workout?

Start your week with a little dose of vitamin B..ill! This week we’re talking a fast and fiery tabata class that will never get boring. Make sure you bring a full water bottle, you’re gonna need to hydrate!
