All about that pace, no treadmill with Leigh


Workout duration: 26 minutes

WOWSA. Leigh’s back with another high energy class to knock your socks off and get you panting your pants off. Leigh’s flowing style and strong exercises (inch worms and kick throughs galore) give his workouts a dance-like quality, so definitely pump some tunes as you flow through the sweat!

What equipment is needed?

No equipment needed, just a mat if you need one. 

What is the workout?

This workout is a high intensity sequence!

Sequence 1

  • 2 x rabbit hops jump/step back to plank
  • 1 x push-up walk hands back to feet
  • 5 x hip hinges
  • Repeat sequence 5 times and add an extra push-up each round. 

Sequence 2

  • Roll down and walk hands out to plank inch worm the legs to hands
  • Slow step-back to lunge position (R)
  • 1 x lunge (R) hands to ground, step back
  • 1 each side x kick-through hip-dips
  • 1 x push-up walk hands to feet and roll up
  • Repeat sequence on each leg 5 times, adding an extra lunge, 1 (each side) x kick-through hip-dips, and push-up each round.
