Sharon will put you through your paces with this muy caliente workout! You’ll be as warm as the California desert on a July day when you’re done with this one. Once again, you won’t need any equipment, it’s perfect for small spaces and it’s under 30 minutes so you can smash it out quickly! Perfect for getting your heart rate up, working up a sweat and getting in some cardiovascular fitness.

None. Just a mat if you need one.
What is the workout?
This workout is a tabata style HIIT workout.
Warm up:
- 30 sec squat and punch
- 30 sec squat jump
- 30 sec reverse lunge
- 30 sec toe touch
Workout:
You'll complete each exercise for 50 seconds then rest for 10 seconds and move onto the next exercise.
- Jumping jack
- Plank row
- Flutter kick squat
- Side lunge with knee raise (right)
- Quick feet
- Side lunge with knee raise (left)
- Mountain Climbers
- X Jumps
- Ab bicycles
- Jump lunges or step back lunges
Cooldown:
Full body stretch
