HIITs a la vista with with Kim


Workout duration: 24 minutes

HIIT's a la vista. We don’t know if you’ll be able to keep up with this Kim, but hey we reckon you should give it a red hot go. This class is bang for your moderate intensity buck, with a full body focus – yep we’re talking the whole shebang with everything from squats to skaters, planks to mountain climbers. Go you good thang.  

Is any equipment required? 

No equipment is needed, just a mat if you want one. 

What is the workout? 

2 circuits, 2 sets of 5 exercises per circuit with 40 seconds on and 10 second break intervals and 40 seconds rest between sets.

Circuit 1

  • Lunge and squat
  • Push up
  • Skaters
  • Deadlift
  • Get up crunch/bicycle crunch

Circuit 2

  • In and out squat
  • Lateral lunge
  • Mountain climbers 
  • High plank and shoulder tap
  • Froggers (1/2 burpees)
