- Squat Jumps
- Upper Hook
- Mountain Climbers
- Jab, jab cross > jab, jab cross, left uppercut, right uppercut / push ups jab, jab cross, left uppercut, right uppercut > jab, jab, cross / push ups
- Jab, cross, hook with 3 stance changes / sit ups with punches
- Left uppercut, left hook, right uppercut right hook + 10 jab cross, drop 4. Learn the slip jab, cross, slip cross jab, cross, slip cross with variations + shuttles or skipping
