You’ve been too busy trying to make fetch happen, now it’s time to make HIIT happen. Here’s Andrew with a workout to knock your socks off! It’s pretty intense and certainly not for the light hearted. Make sure you’ve got a big bottle of water nearby.
Do I need equipment?
A chair or bench and a mat if you need one
What is the workout?
5 mins of body-weight movements and mobility, and a full body stretch.
You'll complete 30 seconds of an exercise, rest for 30 then move onto the next.
- Chair burpees
- Dips off chair
- Toe taps
- Star jumps
- High knees
- Mountain climbers
- Leg drops (each leg) 2 sets of 10 reps
- Heel taps (each side) 2 sets of 10 reps
- Plank with leg lifts.
Complete this twice.
Full body stretch.
