What is the workout?
- 1 minute pretend skipping or skipping with a rope if you have one
- 1 minute jog with arm variations.
You'll complete 45 seconds of work for 9 exercises, rest for 15 seconds and complete 2 rounds. Rest 90 seconds after one round.
- Cross body mountain climbers
- Pop squat
- Sit up with punches
- Side lunge
- Plank with leg lifts
- Single leg deadlift with hop (right and left)
- Elbow plank with rotation
- Forward lunge
- Broad jump.
