Smashin' HIIT with Sharon


Workout duration: 26 minutes

Sharon is here with a strong, intense, upbeat workout to absolutely get your day fired up! So clock off, chuck that active wear on and get ready for a sweat fest. 2 rounds of 9 exercises with a break in the middle OR really add some extra chilli and take on Sharon's challenge and go an extra round! 

Do I need equipment? 

No equipment is needed, just bring a mat if you have one. 

What is the workout?

Warm up

  • 1 minute pretend skipping or skipping with a rope if you have one
  • 1 minute jog with arm variations.


You'll complete 45 seconds of work for 9 exercises, rest for 15 seconds and complete 2 rounds. Rest 90 seconds after one round.

  • Cross body mountain climbers
  • Pop squat
  • Sit up with punches
  • Side lunge
  • Plank with leg lifts
  • Single leg deadlift with hop (right and left)
  • Elbow plank with rotation
  • Forward lunge
  • Broad jump.
