Is your core feeling a little sloppy at the moment? Winter lockdown got you good? Well here’s the antidote – a fiery core workout from Andrew - phew! Like all our virtual classes, it’s quick, simple and requires no equipment! Go for it, your core will thank you later.
What is the workout?
- body weight movements
- full body stretch
- 5 reps of plank position centre/side/centre/side and repeat 2 times
- 10 reps of heel taps and repeat 2 times
- 10 reps of oblique twist each side and repeat 2 times
- alternate arm and leg drop
- 10 reps of high plank (push up position) with shoulder taps and repeat 2 times
- 10 reps of all-fours opposite arm and leg lift and repeat 2 times
- 10 single leg drops and repeat 2 times
- 5 rolls and hold for 10 to 15 seconds.
