Knock knock knockin’ on heaven’s core! That’s dang right you are. Just a couple more of these bad boys and you’ll be Mr or Mrs Ripple-y- Abs. Adam’s a class half full kind of guy, which means you’ll spend half the class working really hard and half the class recovering. Sound like fun? Hop to it!
