Toosie slide into the rest of the week with Mel! Sometimes your day can feel tedious, but you can shake off the workday with this vibrant, sparkly, sweaty HIIT class! You don’t need anything but bring your sliding discs or a use a slippery floor and tea towels if you want to glide. Go you good thang!
Do I need equipment?
If you have disc/ab sliders (alternative: tea towels or paper towel) bring them along, but it can be performed without.
This workout is best performed on slippery floors such as tiles or floor boards.
What is the workout?
You'll complete each exercise for 40 seconds then take 20 seconds rest in between the next exercise. You'll complete 2 rounds.

- Window wipers(right side)
- Lateral slides (left side)
