Abs-olutely a great core workout with Mel

Workout duration: 24 minutes

It’s silly season. You’ve got to rush around and buy presents, see mates, get your hair did and workout. So much to do and so little gosh darn time. Well, instead of scrolling on your lunchbreak, why not smash out this mighty core class from Mel? Excuses, productive just might be your middle name! 

Do I need equipment?

No equipment is needed, just a mat if you want one. 

What is the workout?

You'll complete 40 seconds on each exercise, rest for 20 seconds then move onto the next exercise. You'll complete the circuit 3 times. 

  • Side crunches (left)
  • Side crunches (right)
  • Straight up crunch
  • Reverse crunch
  • Ankle oblique taps 
  • Side plank reach down (left)
  • Side plank reach down (right)
  • Hip dips
  • V-hold with toe taps 
  • Plank jacks
