Do I need equipment?
5 mins full body stretch and mobility
- 10 walk outs with single arm lift (5 each arm) x 2 Sets
- High plank with opposite arm leg lift (5 each arm) x 2 Sets
- Bridges basic with both legs 1 x 10 reps or single leg (5 each leg)
- Plank get ups with opposite arm leg raise (5 each side) x 2 sets
- Leg drops (5 each leg) into sit up x 2 Sets
- Hollow holds 5 x 10 to 20 seconds hold
- Double leg drop to the side hold (5 each side) x 2 sets
Stretch for 3 to 5 mins
