Little red core-vette with Mel

Do you want a little red core…vette? Well our super fit and super fun friend Mel is here to give you a run for your tummy. You’ll really be feeling the fire during this spicy class, and afterwards you can rest easy knowing that you’re one step closer to a strong and powerful core!

Do I need equipment?

You’ll need a mat, water bottle and a lotta faith! If you want to make the workout a bit harder grab a weight if you have one. 

What is the workout?

You'll complete 5 supersets of 2 exercises. You'll do each exercise for 45 seconds, then transition to the second exercise of the superset, complete 10 crunches then repeat the superset before moving onto the next one.

Superset 1

  • hip dips
  • 2 x spiderman planks
  • 10 x crunches

Superset 2

  • reverse crunches
  • x 2 knee tucks
  • x 10 crunches

Superset 3

  • diamond sit ups
  • x 2 ankle taps
  • x 10 crunches

Superset 4

  • russian twists
  • x 2 v-hold
  • x 10 crunches

Superset 5

  • plank reaches
  • x 2 plank hold
  • x 10 crunches
