Core-blimey with Mel

Our sunshine queen Mel is back with an incredible core class to start your week of right, light and bright. How blessed are you? With plenty of crunches, sit ups and planks, you better believe you’ll be saying corrrreeeee blimey.  

Do I need equipment? 

No equipment is needed, just a mat if you want one. 

What is the workout?

This class is designed to get that core nice and strong!

45 seconds of work with 15 seconds rest on each exercise, them complete another round:

  • Leg raises
  • Crunches
  • Ankle crunches
  • Knee tucks
  • V-hold
  • V-hold lowering legs
  • Sit ups
  • Shoulder taps
  • Hip dips
  • Plank x 2 rounds
