What equipment do I need?
You'll need either a pair of dumbbells, a resistance band or 2 similar water bottles or household containers(with handle preferable).

What are the exercises?
- 10 x upright rows
- 10 x crab walks (each side)
- 10 x bicep curls
- 10 x seated squat to stand
- 10 x shoulder press and reach (each side)
- 10 x calf raises
- 5 x single leg calf raise (each side)
- 10 x chest press
- 10 x tricep extensions
