What do I need?
You'll need some water and a weight of some sort. If you have dumbbells great! If not, a full water bottle is suitable to use as a weight.
What is the workout?
You'll follow Jeff through a warm up, a range of core exercises and a cool down to finish:
- Warm up
- Oblique twists
- Dead bugs
- Left hip raises
- Right hip raises
- Oblique crunches
- Cobra stretch
- Cool down
