Bootie and the beast with Mel


Workout duration: 24 minutes

Our goddess of the glute is back with a beaut! This class with Mel will add some heat and humidity to your day. Just water the doctor ordered, so get up, get active and kick the day's toosh (and your own).  

Do I need equipment? 

You'll need a chair. If you have a booty band grab it if you feel like taking your workout to the next level, but you don't need one. 

What is the workout?

Warm up

  • Jog on the spot
  • High knees
  • Leg swings
  • Roll out hips
  • Knee circles

Workout

This is a core and booty workout.

You'll complete 5 supersets with a 20 second break between supersets. Each superset is 2 exercises back to back. You'll complete each exercise for 45 seconds then transition tot the next exercises within 5 seconds. 

Superset 1

  •  Sitting banded abduction
  • Diamond crunches x 2

Superset 2

  • Romanian split squat (left leg) 
  • V-hold x 2 

Superset 3 

  • Bulgarian split squat (right leg)
  • Straight up crunch and hold x 2 

Superset 4 

  • Rainbow (left leg)
  • Spiderman mountain climbers x 2 

Superset 5

  • Rainbow (right leg)
  • Russian twists x 2
