What is the workout?
Today’s aim is to get that core sore!
We will be doing a short 1-2 minute warm up. 30 second light jog on spot followed by core movements such as stretching up and down, torso twists.
40 seconds of work with 15 seconds of rest in between exercises. Complete 2 rounds
- Diamond crunches
- Ankle taps
- Double bicycles
- Side crunches (one side)
- Side crunches (other side)
- Knee tucks
- Plank (offer different levels)
- Standing side reaches (one side)
- Standing side reaches (other side)
- Plank jacks
Few minutes of core stretches and deep breathes to get the heart rate down.
