Roll out the mat and bring your A game, dumbbells and a bottle of water - you’ve got this. This workout is perfect for a lunchbreak so pencil it in!

Do I need equipment? 

If you have some dumbbells and a resistance band bring them, otherwise grab some cans or water bottles as a substitute. 

What is the workout? 

This upper body workout will consist of 2 pods of 5 exercises each. You'll complete each exercise for 40 seconds with a 20 second break before the next exercise. You'll complete 2 full rounds.
