What is the workout?
Round 1
- 3 x elbow to knee (each side)
- 3 x rocking up to stand on one leg (each leg)
- 5 x hip hinges
- Chair pose (lower to back)
Round 2
- x 1 each side from hinges
- Step back to lunge
- Hands down
- 1 slow push up
- 1 jump forward to malasana
- Chair pose (lower to back)
Round 3
- x 1 each side from hinges
- Step back to side lunge
- 6 x skater side lunges
- Hands down
- 1 slow push up
- 1 jump forward to malasana
- Chair pose (lower to back)
