Centre of attention with Sharon

This is a lovely and simple core class from Sharon for older adults! All you need is 20 minutes and you’ll give your core a safe and strong workout.  

Sharon is always wonderfully inclusive and this class is no different, she includes all of the abdominal muscles and all abilities too! Enjoy!

All you need is a mat. 

What is the workout

Warm up

  • Glute stretch
  • Lower back stretch

Workout

You'll complete 5 reps of 7 exercises and repeat 2 rounds.

  • Hip roll
  • Glute bridge
  • Knee to chest
  • Cat and cow stretch
  • Superman
  • 2 x 20 sec plank hold on knees
  • Modified back extension.
