What is the workout?
Warm up
- 30 sec cross punches
- 30 sec bending twists
- 30 sec side to side step
- 30 sec knee high jog/march
Workout
You'll complete 7 exercises for 40 seconds of work with 20 seconds of rest before moving onto the next exercise and complete this for 3 rounds.
- Knee to chest crunch
- Plank jack
- Squat jump
- Ab bicycle
- Skater
- Side plank hold (left and right)
- Ankle touch to squat
