Be bold, be bootiful with greatest booty workout. This one is a real scorcher with plenty of squats and fire hydrants to strengthen those glutes, hips and thighs. You’ll be shaking in your boots and feeling it in your glutes when it’s all done!

No equipment is needed, just a mat if you want one.
