Glow with the flow, our wonderful Leigh is here with another flow-style class. This one is aimed at your core and is actually pretty hard. Just because something flows doesn’t mean it’s gentle. Think about the Mississippi river.

Warm up
Complete some movement exercises that will be performed in the workout.

- Round 1 = 1 reps round
- Round 2 = 2 reps round
- Round 3 = 3 reps round
- Round 4 = 4 reps round
- Round 5 = 5 reps round

- Anjanay - hip extension: pulses
- Lunge
- Twisted step up
- Hinge
- Squat
- Jump/Step Back
- Jump/Step to Malasana & Back
- Push-Up
