What is the workout?

Warm up

  • 30 sec inch walk
  • 30 sec push up
  • 30 sec superman
  • 30 sec glute bridge.


You'll complete each exercise for 40 seconds then rest for 20 seconds and move onto the next exercise. You'll complete 3 rounds.

  • Lying leg extension
  • Plank with knee tap
  • Superman crunch (right)
  • Superman crunch (left)
  • Marching bridge
  • Bear plank hold with shoulder tap
  • Knee high jog/march (round 1)
  • Mountain climbers (round 2)
  • Burpees (round 3).
