Tummy Time with Sharon

Workout duration: 22 minutes

You thought Sharon was nice? Well you might just change your mind after doing this spicy class. Sharon’s core classes are lethal, and she’s had many a fit young thang floundering around on the ground, red faced and out of breath. All hail the core queen, bet you can’t keep up with her.

Do I need equipment? 

No, just a mat if you need one. 

What is the workout? 

Warm up

  • 3 x inch walk
  • 10 x bending twists (each side)
  • 10 x glute bridges
  • 10 x squats


You'll complete 4 sets including 2 exercises each. You'll complete each exercise for 20 seconds then rest for 10 and complete the second exercise of the set. Once you've completed each full set 4 times, you'll move onto the next set of exercises. 

  • Set 1: Knee to elbow plank and ankle touch
  • Set 2: High plank with shoulder tap  and lying leg extensions
  • Set 3: Cross climbers and crunch with hand slide
  • Set 4: Glute bridge and burpees
