What is the workout?
- 3 x inch walk
- 10 x bending twists (each side)
- 10 x glute bridges
- 10 x squats
You'll complete 4 sets including 2 exercises each. You'll complete each exercise for 20 seconds then rest for 10 and complete the second exercise of the set. Once you've completed each full set 4 times, you'll move onto the next set of exercises.
- Set 1: Knee to elbow plank and ankle touch
- Set 2: High plank with shoulder tap and lying leg extensions
- Set 3: Cross climbers and crunch with hand slide
- Set 4: Glute bridge and burpees
