What is the workout?
Slow held crunches x 4 slow geld crunches. Flow into a twist x 1 each side
- Held crunch + twist (left) + legs (right) low boat hold held crunch + twist (right) + legs (left)
- Flow into all x 5 high plank kick throughs x 10 side plank under-arm reach x 10 (each side) forearm side plank hold x 20 second (each side) forearm plank hip dips x 10 (each side) forearm plank hold x 10 seconds
- Flow into all x 2 low boat knee tucks (right) x 10 low boat knee tucks (left) x 10 low boat knee tucks (right) + hip rock x 10 low boat knee tucks (left) + hip rock x 10 low boat (right) hip hold + toe-tap x 10 low boat (left) hip hold + toe-tap x 10
